It depends on the complexity of the case and the responsiveness of the insurer or authority. Straightforward claims can be resolved in a few weeks. More complex cases, especially those involving appeals, may take several months. We keep you updated throughout and push the process forward at every stage.
What information do I need to get started? +
Very little. Details of your illness or accident, any policy you hold, and any letters you have received are enough to begin. We will guide you on exactly what to provide during the free initial consultation.
Can you claim against National Insurance and government bodies? +
Yes. A large part of our work is helping people realize their rights before government institutions such as National Insurance — including disability, injury, and allowance entitlements — alongside claims against private insurers.
What if a claim has already been denied? +

Service Agreement

By engaging Life & Protection Worldwide Ltd, you agree to these terms. Our services consist of claims management — preparing and submitting insurance and benefit claims on your behalf, before both private insurers and government bodies.

Fees

Our fees are success-based: a percentage of the amount recovered, as agreed in your individual service agreement. No recovery means no fee.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While we pursue every claim vigorously, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. Results depend on the validity of the underlying entitlement and the decisions of insurers, pension trustees, and regulatory bodies.

Your Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, respond to our requests promptly, and not engage other claims managers in relation to the same claim during our engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. If a claim is subsequently paid within 24 months of termination, our fee remains payable.
